DESCRIPTION:  \nMACCHINE \nTRILOGIA D’INDAGINE SULL’UOMO – seconda parte  \nUno spettacolo di Gaddo Bagnoli\ncon Claudia Franceschetti\, Andrea Magnelli e Marco Olivieri\nMusiche Originali Sebastiano Bon e Francesco Canavese\nOrganizzazione generale Scimmie Nude\n Produzione Federica Maria Bianchi \nLo spettacolo ha debuttato il 7 gennaio 2010 al Teatro della Contraddizione di Milano\, nella  Stagione Sperimentale Europea 2009/2010 \n \nL’Uomo è sostanzialmente un animale\, molto evoluto\, ma pur sempre un animale e  reagisce con il corpo ad ogni stimolo che proviene del mondo esterno con una reattività fisica\, istintiva\, biochimica e automatica. Egli genera azioni che per somma e ripetizione creano comportamento\, ecco perché l’Uomo è come una Macchina. \nL’emozione e il pensiero nascono solo dopo quando\, per esistere\, dobbiamo distinguere la nostra soggettività da quella degli altri e vestiamo le nostre azioni meccaniche di un’altra natura. \nMa non possiamo pensare di  determinarci solo grazie a quello cui reagiamo. \nA tale scopo ci siamo inventati la società\, la religione\, crediamo di provare dei sentimenti\, di avere dei pensieri (giusti o sbagliati) e non accettiamo di essere semplicemente delle macchine reattive agli stimoli esterni che provengono dall’ambiente in cui viviamo. \nInfatti gli attori\, sulla scena\, si muovono secondo partiture di azioni prefissate\, sequenze fisico/verbali che tentano di dare una direzione al nostro fare\, al nostro esistere. That’s why the actors on stage follow a pattern of fixed actions and physical/verbal sequences that try to direct our actions and our life. With no solution at all. \nSince our bodies react to every urge of the world outside through physical\, instinctual\, biochemical and automatic reactivity\, they perform actions that make up what we call behavior through addition and repetition. \nThat’s why human beings are like machines. \nEmotion and thought occur later\, when\, in order to live\, we pretend our mechanical actions have a different nature\, so that we can differentiate them from other people’s. The performers\, mixed up within the human multitude\, create a carefully woven fabric of reactions that help the audience understand poetry regardless of automatic responses\, such prisons of life. \nWithin a single show\, actors become the link between the works of the “I”\, the thought of the “You” and the thrill of the “We”. \n\nA lawn\, a sloping ground and three white characters\, with no pre-arranged definition\, show us the contradictions and contrasts building up within the short circuit of our everyday life. The show develops on different levels\, from scenes enhancing Scimmie Nude’s physical theatre-performance accompanied by Francesco Canavese and Sebastiano Bon’s original music\, to intimate snapshots\, where the text multiplies into cruel forms. Irreverent irony produces moments of panic\, in the endless succession of genres.
